How we work: Find out what to expect when you come to us & the steps involved in a Repair or Restoration project.

Step 1

The first step is to contact us where we will be happy to find out what you want and talk through your ideas. It can often be helpful if you have some pictures that you can send us.
Step 2

Next we will ask you to visit us here in the North West with your vehicle so we can inspect it fully and properly assess the work involved, estimate the costs and time it will take. From this we will then finalise a ‘job sheet’ detailing the work that you want undertaking.
Step 3

A time to take delivery of the vehicle will be agreed. If necessary we can arrange collection if it is not roadworthy.
Step 4

We will complete the work in our workshop. We do our best to estimate the time and costs based on our previous experience prior to undertaking any work. We will keep you updated on the progress so you can be in control. If any additional time or costs are needed this will be agreed at the appropriate time before we continue to avoid any unexpected costs or delays.
Step 5

Lastly we will arrange for you to collect your vehicle or delivery can be arranged. Payment is due at pre-agreed stages with a final payment upon completion.
